360 On Relationships
Along with social security, relationships are at the centre of our life in our society today in the UK, and I’m passionate about making a difference in people's lives by helping them find and stay in healthy loving relationships.
Everybody wants to be happy in a relationship, right? But sadly, many of us don't know how to be. As a coach, I help people identify the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
My coaching methodologies, tools and strategies are designed and tailored to help you get there and overcome your challenges to doing so and getting the results.
Relationships are essential to the vast majority of us. Here are a few statistics concerning relationship trends in the UK (source: Office for National Statistics www.ons.gov.uk)
The number of divorces among same-sex couples more than trebled between 2016 and 2017
The divorce rate for opposite-sex couples was highest among men aged 45 to 49 years and women aged 40 to 44 years.
Unreasonable behaviour was the most common reason for opposite-sex couples divorcing with 52% of wives and 37% of husbands petitioning on these grounds; it was also the most common reason for same-sex couples divorcing too.
There were 12.9 million married or civil partner couple families in the UK in 2017. This remains the most common type of family. The second largest family type was the cohabiting couple family at 3.3 million families, followed by 2.8 million lone parent families.
One in eight people aged 16 years and over, in England and Wales in 2017 were cohabiting, continuing a steadily increasing trend since 2002
It's clear that relationships are significant to us, but relationship support, which can range from coaching, counselling, mentoring or therapy is much needed for the majority of us.
Most people know what they should do; they just have a hard time doing it. They might be missing some key information, but more importantly, it’s challenging to achieve a challenging goal without support.
Coaching is the most powerful and effective way to empower you and help you get into action to get what you really want and accomplish something that you have challenges doing on your own. It is my goal to empower, share information and support you get the results you want by applying coaching strategies, methods, and skills to relationships.
I don’t give advice or tell you what to do. It simply doesn't work that I give you advice. I consider you to be an expert concerning your results.
The MENBEINGMEN relationship program address five stages of relationship coaching. This enables you to identify where you need support in your relationship journey.
